There are a few acronyms around for basic advice for when you are injured…You may have heard ‘RICE, PRICE, POLICE’ etc. 
Our advice is simple… R&R 😮 
1) Rest - in this time you can protect, ice, compress and elevate 
2) Assess - get an assessment from a Specialist Physiotherapist to see what is wrong with you. 
3) Rehab - Your physio can then educate you with the right advice and rehabilitation for your injury.
