R:HAUS memberships have been created to help you stay consistent with your recovery, wellbeing and performance routine. 
 
Whether you want light monthly support or regular weekly recovery, you can choose the membership that fits how often you want to use the studio. 
 
These are founding member prices and are limited to the first 35 members only. 

Choose your R:HAUS membership 

Best for: Getting started with guided recovery 
Recovery Light is a simple entry-level option if you want to try regular recovery without committing to weekly sessions. This is a good option if you want to build recovery into your routine slowly. 
Best for: Regular monthly recovery 
Recovery Plus gives you more structure and better value if you want recovery to become a steady part of your month. This is a strong option if you want regular recovery support without needing two sessions every week. 
Best for: Consistent weekly recovery 
Recovery Performance is the best value option if you want to make recovery part of your weekly routine. This membership is ideal if you train regularly, play sport, have a physically demanding lifestyle or want to take your recovery seriously. 

What happens after you sign up? 

Once you have signed up, a member of the R:HAUS team will contact you to complete your onboarding process. 
 
Your membership will then be confirmed following: 
 
Completion of a health screening questionnaire 
Acceptance and signature of the R:HAUS terms and conditions 
Confirmation that contrast therapy is appropriate for you 
 
This helps make sure you can use RecoveryHaus safely and confidently. 

RecoveryHaus Terms & Conditions 

Membership terms 
 
All memberships have a minimum 3-month commitment. 
1 calendar month’s notice is required to cancel after the minimum term. 
Memberships are non-transferable. 
Memberships cannot be frozen. 
Membership sessions do not roll over month to month. 
 
Peak member hours 
 
Sessions included within memberships may only be used during designated peak member hours: 
 
Monday: 4pm – 8pm 
Tuesday: 4pm – 8pm 
Wednesday: 4pm – 8pm 
Thursday: 4pm – 8pm 
Friday: 2pm – 8pm 
Saturday: 8:30am – 2pm 
Sunday: 9:30am – 2pm 
 
Off-peak hours 
 
Off-peak sessions are available for: 
Non-member bookings 
Discounted member off-peak sessions at £20 
 
Current off-peak hours: 
 
Monday: 10am – 4pm 
Tuesday: 12pm – 4pm 
Wednesday: 12pm – 4pm 
Thursday: 12pm – 4pm 
Friday: 10am – 2pm 
 
Non-members cannot access peak member-only times.

Booking rules 
All bookings are completed online. 
Sessions are booked in 1-hour blocks. 
Guided recovery sessions last approximately 45 minutes. 
Maximum 1 session per day. 
Maximum 5 sessions per week. 
Maximum 3 peak sessions per week per member. 
 
Cancellation policy 
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. 
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of session. 
 
Studio rules 
Maximum 3 people are permitted in the studio at any time. 
Appropriate swimwear or recovery clothing must be worn at all times. 
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. 
Members participate at their own risk. 
RecoveryHaus reserves the right to refuse participation where necessary for health and safety reasons. 
 
Operating hours and availability 
As RecoveryHaus is a new and growing service, opening hours, session availability and scheduling may occasionally change due to operational requirements, staffing or demand. 
 
RecoveryHaus may operate reduced hours during: 
Christmas and New Year periods 
Essential maintenance periods 
 
RecoveryHaus will be closed on: 
Bank Holidays 
 
Any significant changes to operating hours or session availability will be communicated in advance. 
 
Liability 
 
RecoveryHaus accepts no responsibility for: 
Loss or damage to personal belongings 
Injuries resulting from failure to follow staff instruction 
Injuries resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical conditions 
 
Participation within RecoveryHaus is undertaken at the member’s own discretion and risk. 
 
Founding member pricing 
 
Founding member pricing is limited to the first 35 members only. 
 
These reduced early-access rates are locked in for as long as your membership remains active. 
 
Once founding memberships are filled, all new memberships will move to standard pricing.
